Vincent Margera, better known as Don Vito on my favorite MTV show "Viva La Bam," was arrested by Colorado cops back in August '06 and charged with two felony counts of sexual assault on a child. According to police, Bam's uncle inappropriately touched underage girls (12 & 14) while signing autographs at a mall. Margera, who faces up to two years in prison if convicted of the charges, and is being held under suicide watch from now until Dec. 20th untill he sentened. Poor dude.
