Check It: Cipes is this white dude who makes some serious dope reggae music with his band, The People. This is some good music people. I first heard about him on the MTV show Twentyfour-Seven. He was just getting the record started. I was checking his web page for a release of an album or anything but really there was nothing i could find. But now almost a year later, he has dropped an album and now I'm ready for it. Here is a few songs:
